FPS locked at 60 (Vsync off)
Even with Vsync off and selecting a higher frame cap like 100 or 240 or none or anything inbetween my frame rate remains locked at 60. It never dips but never goes faster, as if Vsync was enabled which it is not. My specs: 6700K, 32GB RAM, GTX 1080, Win 10 Pro. Latest drivers etc. All three settings maxed. Any help?

Are you running on a 60Hz G-Sync supported monitor with G-Sync enabled in the nVidia Control Panel?

My monitor runs at 60 Hz but it is does not support G-Sync.

im uncapped? check your setting again, this happend to me when i first uncapped myself

I added the game to my list of games in the nVidia control panel and suddenly my fps is no longer locked...

Are you running in a borderless window?

No, full screen. In the nVidia control panel the game is set to accept my global settings in which Vsync defaults to the setting of the 3D application.
