How to play coop campaign?

There is no co-op campaign. There's only co-op mp maps.

Bulletstorm had a coop campaign during development but it was cut off... It may was not good for the game, but i would like it as expansion........

Well if they do a sequel maybe it'll be better thought out this time, apparently they described it like a ski course where it got faster and faster where the mechanics got to complicated and the fun became an after thought so they ditched the idea.
