Cascade has 7, Trumbull has 4, Heartland has 2, the rest have 5.

If you have base wide power and water, Meagher Valley's Landmark outpost is pointless. However Meagher does have some of the best bases in the game and is one of the easiest maps to traverse.
Drucker County's Landmark provides +2 meds per day, and Injury Severity Reduction, Max Health Boost, or Blood Plague Resist. The map is quite difficult to traverse even after all the updates to it. Its Bases are only on the ok side of things, and its Top Base can be good due to its lot of built in facilities however its location is subpar for the map really. If you like lots of built in support its a good base. However for people that like more customization its a bit poor.
Cascade hills has arguably the best Top base in the game. It also has probably one of the best Landmark Outposts.
Leeds Concrete Silos lets you get the benifit of a Staging Area.
The Container Fort while away from center of the map, is one of the best bases in the game though it can be a bit restrictive. However due to the way outposts now scale up to Tier 3, you have a lot more you can do in there than before.
Trumbull Valley is basically just a series of challenge Bases with a Landmark that gives you access to Plague Serums.
Providence Ridge has your choice of one of the most open bases, and one of the most built in base. Its Landmark also gives you your choice of extra bunks, extra morale, or -zombie threat. Its a versatile landmark
I believe Cascade is probably the best bet for longterm sustainability however many may argue otherwise.
However, moving maps really is needed in order to exist long-term if that is what the OP wants.
