*edit* Lol, should have read first about you using W7, the old version might be ok then.
but you need windows 10 to play this game
or not???
as far as I know that is a requirement for this game
regards!
Why aren't you using steam's DS4 control mapping? Just turn on controller support for DS4 controllers in steam and have it handle all the functionality. Works for Switch Pro controllers too.
Don't remember how to do it in standard steam. But switch over to steam Big Picture Mode. Click over to settings, and you should see controller setting. In there just make sure Playstation Controller configuration has a checkmark and then steam will handle all of your DS4 controller options. You can then right click any game (in standard steam) with your controller connected to edit the keybindings for that game, upload ones you like, or grab prexisting keybindings made by the developers or by other users.
Has support for xbox, playstation, switch, and steam controllers.
My only complaint is that it doesn't support PS4 button prompt
I consider this a valid complaint in all other cases where a console manufacturer is not involved, but I think you kind of have to expect corporate silliness when MS or Sony are pushing their own games.
I don't think big picture mode can change to PS4 buttons if the game itself doesn't support it. I'm not a big controller guy though, so no clue. Doesn't seem likely though.
Also the ones like Horizon Zero down is gonna be
