Is there a way to spawn in a car?

The game just deleted my only legendre because it was too close to a parking spot when another car was upgraded. Is there a way to spawn a new one in?

If you are allied with the Engine Bangers enclave, they provide you with the Radio Call for Salvage Vehicle. At the cost of Influence, with a hefty cooldown, they can deliver to you a random but moderately damaged car. Given the number of possible cars, it might take a while for you to randomly land on the car you're looking for.

Certain Survivors might also provide this Radio Call from their Traits as well.

I can't recall which cars are part (actually I think they do 2 or more cars in the quest line) the action hero quest. That might be another option. But yeah Engineers would be my first try.

The cars might have collided when they spawned in and sent the lengendre flying further than you think it would

Have you tried the Independence Day thingy on the radio? You could buy 3 vehicles from there.

That 'deleted' vehicle may have just been force moved, spawning it somewhere nearby, but sometimes it spawns further away. Open your map and zoom in a little to study the map carefully until you find it.

Unless its a new bug that I have not seen yet.

Ok so yeah I checked and it moved the vehicle further away on the map. Quite odd it does that, but thankfully so. Thanks for all the tips! I didn't know there was a way to spawn more cars on the map. That'll be handy in the future.

Mechanics enclaves can spawn cars for you, legendre, norma or bogart/or whatever... the civic hatchback and you can also get a hero bonus that will let you spawn cars just like the mechanics.

I have played thousands of hours, recruited hundreds of survivors
and I only got that hero bonus once though.

The Radio Call is attached to the Survivor trait 'Grew up around cars'. It also gives the Survivor the Mechanics skill. Might take a while, but when starting a community you can reroll for it.

Independence pack has 3 different cars on sale, that you can buy. Depending on difficulty, the 1st one may be free of influence charge.

And some packs in bounty broker also include cars. Albeit none of those packs are currently in the roster.
