"A Dam Fine Rescue" Glitch (Makes mission uncompletable)

So, I completed the mission "A Dam Fine Rescue". But, before I can turn it in, I get disconnected from the session. I re-join, and spawn back into sanctuary. I go to the Bloodshot stronghold to attempt to turn it in so I can progress in the story, but the only two accesses to the part where Roland still is are blocked.
In summary: There is no way to get to the turn-in point without inserting some no-clip hack. I HAVE completed the mission, I just need to turn it in.
Because of this, I've spent upwards of 20 missions locked in TVHM, unable to access UVHM.
Any suggestions?

is the mission still active in your log, he hasnt been moved to friendship gulag? mission is turned in at sanct, has tannis got splinter group mission to do?

The mission is turned in at the location where you kill the Warden. It IS active in my logged, and hasn't been moved. I'll check for the splinter group mission. I figured that might open the detour area. Hope it works, otherwise I can't complete TVHM. Being level 54 with that mission really sucks.

if you still cant do it join another game with that mission active, its pretty early in tvhm but i might have a early char still to do that mission

ive got a lvl36 siren that just got to sanct so i'll do firehawk mission and dr mercy then you can join game when your ready

I can't join another game with the mission active because I am WAY OVERLEVELED. The mission is for people about level 38. I am level 54. That would be nice if you could do the mission with me. Thanks. c:

So if getting to Roland in that area is blocked off I might be able to help you

I speedrun the game so you might be able to do a skip that is actually faster than running around there isn't really a way for the skip to be blocked so add me and I will see.
