Windows Key not working?

When I start the game (which means in the main menu AND playing) My Windows key simply DOES BOT WORK, even wierder, when i try to start the task manager, it IMMEDIATLY switches back over to the game, i cant tab away or anything, and i'm forced to quit the game, Help?

I am a little luckier. I start the game in fullscreen and I get to use the windows key just once. After that, it won't work and I have to quit the game. I restart the game and once again I can do the window key one time.

I have the same specs as Skaldsyn only a Rad 6800 series and Win 7 Pro.
