Tiny Tina's DLC bug

So, I'm playing a 3 player game on Tiny Tina's DLC. We're on Ultimate Vault Hunter Mode and we're on the Quest: Denial, Anger, Initiative. We're at the part where we fight the Trees for their blood fruit. Our problem is, once we picked the first blood fruit, the tree rises from the blood pool, but there are no other blood fruits to pick. Even after we killed both trees. Has anyone seen this bug before and if so, did you have a solution to fix it? We've tried exiting the game and restarting the game, but to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you ALL close down the game and start a new session, or just one player? You might also want to verify the game cache, all of you.

It's not the game cache, otherwise the game wouldn't start at all. Only the host restarted the game, which in turn, kicked us out. We'll probably try again later this weekend.

Not true. Lots of people have posted here with various problems (from crashes when entering certain maps, to more obscure things) that were fixed by verifying the cache. The point being that the game ran, but it didn't work properly, sometimes in very specific ways/situations. IAC, no harm in trying a verify. It's normal for 1 BL2 file to fail. If you get more than that, then something may have been broken.

Having said that, I'd be a bit surprised if that fixes your problem with the blood fruit, but, like I said, no harm in trying.

Three years later and the blood fruit bug is STILL THERE!
I ran into it on TVHM after the Duke of Ork ran around killing Treeants. I can't finish the level.
Inexcusable.

I know this topic has years, bu i managed to get another fruit just by waiting with the game paused in the menu, eventualiy you have to defeat another duke of orc and more trees rise , with more fruits

im having this problem too, im solo and on normal though. i killed the treants in the blood area but theres no fruit to pick up :/
