Gunzerking reload jam with Inconceivable

Seems like a well known bug. Is there any way to fix it, apart from just not skilling Inconceivable (and possibly 5 shots or 6)?

It is not so much a bug as it is a result of how the skill works.
Inconceivable is active for a brief moment, not until you take your next shot.
So if you get it to proc after firing the last shot from your mag and don't take your free shot(s) when offered you are stuck with an empty magazine and have to reload manually.

All they had to do was to add a variable check to the code so that inconceivable would not proc when mag is empty
