No EXP glitch

My friend has had their level 35 Mechromancer encounter a bug that makes it so that gaining XP has become impossible. She has glitched skill points that have maxed out all her trees with some skill points even left over, but is still stuck at her level regardless of how many quests she completes or enemies she kills. She claims that her friend had the glitch fix itself after completing the final mission, which apparently she also had the option to skip for some reason, which she accidentally did. The glitch was also during a normal 4 player lobby, with no hacks/cheats involved. She has never even used the gibbed save editor, yet she still has to deal with this. The glitch also made her really fast and jump really high for whatever reason while she was playing. Her XP bar is empty as well all the time, as if she maxed out a character. Any help with resolving this issue would be appreciated by us. Thanks.

Yes, "glitch"...

Someone was using Cheat Engine during that game session (could have only been the host as this game is peer to peer multiplayer) or she is being dishonest about what happened to her (or you are). No such "glitch" exists.

Regardless, the only way to fix it is using Gibbed, or for you to join a host who knows how to use Cheat Engine well. Her experience points seem out of sync with her level, and someone added excess skill points.
