Borderlands 2 HD texture pack, VC_RED files etc ...

Hi everyone,
I installed the HD texture pack earlier, and before the download start, it installed some libraries.
The "probleme" is these files are located at my HDD root folder instead of the game folder.
I would like to know if they were only usefull to install some libraries or if they "are" this libraries (then shouldn't be removed).

I got this files :
