Borderlands 2 Unused Pre-Order Dlc 1,2 and 3

If anyone can help me with what these are because its realy annoying how it says its purchased but not downloaded but i dont know where to download them from

They are UNLOCKED, they don't download.

When you pay for it> If you have GOTY you have it, if not you buy it. THe unlocks thing was about some content that is in base game and is unlocked when you buy it, else no one who does not have it would be able to see it on those who do have it. Gaige is one of those, you have to pay to use.

These three things are:

The Natural Selection Annex
The collectors Edition Heads
Premier Club Guns

You already have them if you own the GOTY edition. It's obvious when you start a new character and you access your inventory for the first time. You will get the confirmation pop ups for these things.

The in0game DLC list is outdated and faulty. Don't use it.
