Resolution Keeps Resetting
As the title says, my resolution keeps resetting on undefined everytime I exit out of the game.

Set the resolution in the Launcher first and make sure to click "Apply". Then go in-game and verify.

I'm having a similar issue. I play in 4K (3840 x 2160) resolution on a 1080p monitor using Nvidia's DSR upscaling. The 4K resolution is set in the BL2 launcher as well as GeForce Experience, but once the game loads, it always defaults to 1920 x 1080 and I have to change it to 4K within the in-game settings each time. Any way to get the upscaled res to stick?

I have this issue also.

Same (although now it finally seemed to stick, could exit and restart once. Hopefully it still sticks tomorrow).

Want borderless 1280x1024, keeps resetting to fullscreen 1024x768 (managing to mess up some other games/programs in the process too).

Similar problem here.

My native resolution is 2560x1440p, but if I set it to that in the launcher, or in the ingame options, I instead get 2560x1600p.

Even more eyebrow-raising, if I play in fullscreen windowed mode (which should use my desktop resolution, right? right? which is 1440p), the game forces itself into 4K with a weird colour issue where everything looks rather gray.

Its like the launcher settings do nothing at all, doesn't get detected when I press Launch. And of course the problem with getting 1600p instead of 1440p.

Similar but different issue, mine keeps resetting to 1440p even though I click to 1080p I can’t even change it to 1080p through menu it just resets into 1440p after i press apply and say yes to the change.

If I click no it gets even worse and goes to like 3200x1800 or some weird ♥♥♥♥. It’s REALLY annoying and it’s slowing down my pc.

Edit: even more weird is that I can set the resolution to the one directly below 1080p and it will say it’s 1080p after applying. Also it then 30 seconds later sets it back to 1440p????

How is this still a problem after several years and a remaster rerelease?

The game absolutely refuses to keep my resolution settings and instantly resets to "undefined".

Every time I launch the game it drops my resolution to 720p. I have to manually set it to 1080, and even then the menu shows it as "undefined" as soon as I look at it again after setting it that way.

I've seen threads about this problem going back to 2014.

Is it ever going to be fixed?

i contacted 2k support and they didn't know how to fix it
they just called my pc slow and under the minimum requirements(which it is but if i had it on 800x600 it would run on smooth fps instead of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 1366x768)
well that was a mistake buying that game xD
