Message in a bottle wurmwater help

for some reason i cant activate the message in a bottle in wurmwater, i get up on the tree and i see the [E] to activate but nothing happens, any help on the issue?

Restarting the game mostly fix everything you have issues with!

Sorry but dosent help on my issue :(
all the other bottles i can get just fine

did the white square come up, look on your big map

nope the location dont show :( must be a bug of some kind

Does the "E" turn into the "Full" symbol? When that happens, you have to "quit" and restart. I've notice that this bug sometimes happens if you go into the menus while any quest is in the middle of a scripted "story".

Just inch up to the bottle slowly until the HUD comes on for it. I too had the problem you described, it is probably the upper tree geometry that prevents the proper motion to activate the message.
