How do I install the new DLC (Captain Scarlett and her Pirate's Booty)

I have the season pass, but how do I install the DLC or access it?

I've already done this and it still doesn't show up? Premiere club and season pass purchased. I also verified game cache.

Game case? These are digital downloads.

Make sure the game is updated. Go to any Fast Travel Station, there should be new area called "Oasis" right below Sanctuary

Okay I have literally verified the game cache twice and restarted steam like 4 times and its not working. I also have the Premiere Club and Season Pass purchased. It seems insane that after we buy a game we have to work like crazy to get the downloadable content to work.
Also to Why So Serious' comment, that's the problem. We can't get the game to update.

And this is 1 of the reasons why i chose to avoid the pass and just get them individually.

Restarting Steam normally works.
But it could be a localization problem, no idea.

You can see if you have the content in the Borderlands 2 folder under DLC, checking the DLC list under Properties from the games list can also verify whether or not the DLC has been installed/activated.

If all else fails, visit GBX's forums as they dont pay much attention to Steam forums.

By now I'm just hoping steam realizes that the seasons pass is messed up and fix it. But for some odd reason I feel they could care less and just let the season pass go down the drain.
