Ok so I was just wondering..is it possible to get into the locked room in Rolands house? You can clearly see that it has a gun chest. Is it like an endgame thing? Or am I missing something?

Yes, but it is story-based. You have to wait for them to allow you to go in there.

Ok so I beat the story now im going back through it in vault hunter mode. The lever next to the door is green but when I pull it the door doesnt open. Mind telling me what I need to do to get it open? No need to worry abot spoilers.

you should do the side missions. if im not wrong its tannis that opens the door for u.

the door to the chest inside of crimson raider HQ is that what your talking about? if so it is melichi or what ever his name is. he has a mission that you do and he will give you the code to open it up. just after roland dies

What scavenger said. After roland dies you can do a side quest called "bearer of bad news." At the end of it you get a blue assault rifle and access to rolands armory which is just made up of a normal random chest.
