Getting into The Fridge (HOW?)

Can anyone tell me how to get into this area in Three Horns Valley? I know where the Fridge is and on youtube vids I've seen people simply go there and that "ghost woman" starts flames to melt the ice, nothing happen for me.

Looking around on the net it seems to be you have to kill some goliath that drops an ECHO which allow you to get in, this correct? If so where exactly is this goliath? I've been all over the map and have never seen a goliath here.

I'm currently L18 and up to "A Train to Catch" in the main story, I know there are more quests inside the fridge, so maybe I have to be further on than this to trigger the goliath, woman or whatever it is that lets me in?

Any help appreciated.

You cannot get into the fridge, until the main quest requires you to go there.

Pretty soon after that yes

Thanks again, I'm a bit of a completionist and it was bugging me I may of missed some random questline. I can continue now. :)
