Stuck in loading screen in Borderlands 2, please help!

I am currently doing the quest where you save Roland, i got to him, the robot thing got him, and took him away, and went to a different place, specifically-Bloodshot Rampart. Now when i try to go in there, i get this infinite loading screen. Any ideas what to do?

Click Quit then click continue and hopefully you should bre good if not quit and restart steam

i have restarted the game multiple times, came out of the building then back in, and still nothing works

Have you tried restarting Steam?

Verify the game files to see if anything is corrupt. Library -> right click the game and choose Properties -> Local Files tab -> Verify Integrity button.
