Evolution shield in Oasis

Hi,

I've just read in the wiki that you can buy an Evolution shield from the Seraph vendor in Oasis. However, after trying to get one several times he never had one for sale. So how do I get one from him?

Kill Hyperius, he has an high chance of dropping it. Farmed him before and i got 10-12 evolution shields

That's what I feared. But I'm on Op level 8 and it's impossible for me to kill him. Oh well, no Evolution then.

The wiki is outdated, I think this was true in the past but they have patched it.

Hyperius and Master Gee drop it, OP8 solo must be hell on earth.

If you check the seraph vendors list, there's a note on the wiki that says you can't buy the evolution shield on UVHM.

Gee skyped me yesterday, he told me that Hyperius bought all the Evolution shields that were left at the vendor.

Not sure though, Gee is holding some grudge against Hyperius, he sais he got screwed over some crystals, but I'm not sure if he's telling the truth.

I know right ?, there's more where it comes from it seems. I've found some suspicious messages on Herbert's iPhone. He was texting to Hype hoping he'll arrange an illegal purchase of poly-kryten contraband. There's also something regarding Gee's crystals, so i guess he deserves a privilage of doubt.

Ah, so is it avalaible in lower difficulties?, I never checked it, I play the DLC's on UVHM.

Wake up, people, both Hyperius and Gee are just puppets, controlled by Cpt. Scarlett, who is trying to manipulate stock market. Looks like she has come into possession of some shares of Anshin corp., and is now trying to prop up their value by introducing artificial scarcity.
