How do I get to Pyro Pete again ?
I killed Pete in the story line of the DLC. Do I have to wait til I finish the story line in order to respawn Pete again ? Or is he a boss I can just go back to the Bar and respawn him ?

Finish storyline and then Moxxi gives you a quest to fight a more powerful Pete which opens him up to farming.

i know you do have to finish the dlc for the moxxi quest to spawn pyrocaustic pete the ultra invincible, but im not sure if you can just go back there to spawn regular pete

Nope. His chamber remains empty till you get the quest.

Oddly enough, his skin respawns. It's completely inactive, and you can walk through it, but he still stands there.
