I can't follow Mick Zafford because all the tavern people are trying to stack in the bar. Picture related.

Not a glitch. They line up every once in awhile waiting for the tap. Dissipates after a minute or two.

Not a glitch? Well, it sure did keep me from advancing forward so I'm still going to call it a glitch/bug/whatever.

A more technical term would be "inconsistent AI pathfinding".
