With that said I personally think the Bearcat is probably the most "fun" to run around with while the Avenger is the most "useful" with it's ammo regen. The one I've probably used the most... Storm which is basicly a side-grade to the Pimpernel.
-The bearcat is like a grenadier rifle, only much, much better. If you like that type of weapon, than this weapon is very good.
-If your like me, and you perfer high-powered one-shot weps, than the unforgiven is the perfect pistol. A couple shots from this, especially to crit spots, will down anything short of a boss.
-The butcher might just take the award of best and most used pearl. Due to it's indirect ammo regen, every loaded clip consumes 15 shots but will probbally shoot much more than that. Due to it's hyperion maker and low pellet count, it has one of the best dps ratings in the game, as well as being able to be used for longer ranged combat.
-The storm is Eh, since it has lower damage due to it's maliwan maker. However, on tightly packed groups of enemies, this rifle could kill or heavily damage multiple foes in a single shot. Though, if your looking for one-shot-one-kill rifles, the hawk eye would do you better.
-The avenger has higher stats than most smgs, however it's special effects set it apart. It regens ammo, which isn't very amazing, but still useful, but the teidore reload allows this weapon to be thrown into a bunch of enemies and shred them all due to it also being buffed by amp shields. As well as that, the bullets are always full powered, no matter the ammo left in the clip.
-The stalker has better dmg and rate of fire than most torgues, however it's accuracy is quite an issuse. If you can get up close in uvhm, being a character such as zero or krieg, this pistol shreds through enemies. It also works well with anarchary + Close enough for destroying enemies in confinied areas.
-The sawbar is a normal assault rifle made by bandit in most respects, but it's effect allows it to have increased usage at range. At the approiate distance from your target, this weapon is capable of dealing massive damage to large enemies and able to hit foes behind cover. It's always-fire effect severly limits it however.
-The tunguska is a extremely powerful rocket, consuming two ammo a shot and firing in a parabolic arc similar to the nukem. However, this rocket takes a couple seconds after hitting a surface to actually detonate, meaning that launchers such as the nukem and badaboom are capable of dealing higher damage, and doing it easier.
TL:DR: The butcher is possibly the best, but it's all up to opinion. Wait, did I actually type all of that?
While the unforgiven is a jakobs, it has slow fire rate compared to most jakobs weapons (Minus sniper rifles) And the white text (-Fires as fast as you can pull the trigger, -... But not too fast), however it's damage is massive and it hsa a +500% crit bonus, basically making it more of a hand cannon then the pocket rocket. I suggest trying it out.
A personal favorite for me is the Sawbar with my commando. A fire damage relic along with an assault rifle COM and the appropiate skils (Onslaught, Metal Storm, and Battlefront) allow him to mow down groups of enemies quite easily. Once you learn to gauge the distance right, you can use it to great effect.
The butcher is pretty cool, especially when being mobbed and needing to put out tons of lead. I have one problem with it, though - half the time I empty the clip, it will not reload unless I manually reload with the R key. Not cool when gunzerking.
I like the stalker, too, especially for slagging. I never walk into a bar brawl without it.
