Sound issue! Need help!

Hello there! After reinstall my WinXP to Win7 sound lags appeared. NPC shutter, there are
scrunches. And these problems almost dissapear after full location loading (about 10 seconds after teleporting to location). With XP I had pure sound without sound glitches. Anybody could say WTF is this? I heared it's a problem of audio-stack of Win7, but I have no glitches with other games. DPC Latency Checker always shows good results without drops.
But anyway - what can i do with it? How to fix the problem?
Sound card is integrated (realtek HD).

I've noticed sound issues with this game. In an area with recordings of Marcus, the overall sound quality gets very loud as if i suddenly turned up the volume. I double triple checked it wasn't my speakers, and it wasn't. The game just does it at that area.

Then there is the sound when driving vehicles. Its as if my ears have been cupped (even at the highest audio settings in the game). Again I keep thinking its my speakers but its not.

I too use an onboard realtek motherboard souncard.

You have to switch your audio options to stereo instead of 5.1 or 7.1. That is if you are just using headphones or stereo speakers. Worked for me. Just go to Control Panel / Sound / Realtek Playback. You'll see the surround sound (usually 2 options) then the "speakers" option. Enable speakers and you should be good to go.

I already use stereo, not 5.1 or 7.1. In other games sound is good, but not in Borderlands 2 D:

Yeah its not the audio settings anywhere in Windows or the Realtek software.

Everywhere i always use 2.0 (stereo). I just set "off any sound effects" in windows mixing (but before there wasn't any effects turned on). Now i play without glitches. Thank you all!
