Is the Psycho good for team play?

Obviously I know any class will work in multiplayer, but my question is does the Psycho have a build that is good for groups? I have little multiplayer experience, but I want to start playing online more.

My Psycho is level 23 and I also have a Gunzerker at level 25 along with Maya, Gaige and Zer0 all at level 10 up to Sanctuary.

I'd say he would be good, might go down a fair amount at lower levels, mainly if you get the skill Fuel the Rampage, on the plus side you get a skill that can instantly revive downed people at the cost of you going down... its 50/50 depends how you play.

He's great co-op, just make sure to respec before teaming up and remove Fuel the Rampage from your tree (teammates can damage you) if you were using it, or your own team will kill you far more often than enemies will.
There are no specific co-op builds for him until you are much higher level, just play him the way you enjoy him.

My best friend is a lvl 61 Psycho and he only uses that character in co-op with my lvl 61 siren and it works wonderful. He typically focuses on the bigger "badass" characters with his insane melee damager and lets me tear down the mobs around them.

I'd say Kreig (and Gaige) have the least to offer to co-op, but his survivability and damage can come in very handy with the right partner (i.e. Siren.) The only character wrong for team play would be the one you hate playing. Otherwise it's all good! (Well, multiple Psychos would be bad but that's another discussion.)

It's my belief that Krieg has the least to offer team-wise. Maya has her Harmony tree and Nurse and Binder class mods, Axton has his Sabre Turret (and, if you build up Survival, a big shield) and his Tactician and Gunner class mods, Salvador has his Come At Me Bro and his Devastator and Horder class mods, Zer0 has Death Mark (and by extension, Death Blssm) and their Killer and Shot class mods, and Gaige has Deathtrap (who can be upgraded to restore other Vault Hunters' shields) and her Catalyst and Sweetheart class mods. About the closest thing Krieg gets to direct team play is using Redeem the Soul to sometimes revive others and using a Reaper class mod to increase the team's kill skill duration. That said, however, that doesn't mean he's necessarily bad for multiplayer, you just have to play him a bit carefully. In larger groups, you generally have to navigate around the skills that are based on killing enemies, and you have to be more careful as well, as there aren't as many enemies to kill for your health to be refilled. That said, Krieg can do a very good deal of damage in multiplayer, you would just have to be more careful than normal.

Listen to FirePyro, he put a lot of thought into the facts! I'd say the best combo with Kreig would be a Harmony Siren whose main purpose is to keep Kreig killing, that way he doesn't waste his true potential. Plus we all know from the video she's the one he wants to "partner up" with!

Krieg is great for co-op, just requires you and possibly your teammates to respec a little depending (/shakes fist at deathtraps shield recharge skill).

Hmm thinking maybe I should pick another character than for multiplayer. I'd like to bring something more to the table than being able to kill stuff fast(which all the characters can do)
