Where Angels Fear to Tread stuck

I've reached the part where you are supposed to destroy two turrets at the buildings so that the door opens. The turrets are invincible halting game progress. Any fix for this bug? Tried re-loading, restarting the game, what should I do now? :/

you hide behind crates at the save point and use sniper to destroy them

The only way I've found to destroy them is a good corrosive weapon. Lacking that, just go forward as suggested above.

Sorry I was thinking of the wrong point in the game. They are not invincible, unless you're bugged, I would suggest trying to get a closer shot I guess.

Take cover inside the container in front of the door. Focus on dealing with the loaders while protected from the auto cannon fire. Eventually, Mordecai will take out the auto cannon turrets allowing the door to open.

I tried a lot but couldn't. So I invited a friend who was online in my game to help me out and when he came in, not him but I was able to shoot them both down easily! I was like wtf happened? In any case problem solved. Still thanks for your responses

no enemies left alive other than turrets. corrossive has no effect. i feel like an event should trigger at the door but none does. playing at lvl cap with hellborne psycho btw. my corrossive eats everything.

Ok, IK this thread is old as heck, but this is for whoever comes across it and has the same problem.
For some reason, if you change your weapon, you can damage the turrets, but only with the new weapons. Trying to attack them with the weapons you had before-hand will not work. Strange, but it works.

Had the exact same thing happen. They were literally invincible then after dying a couple times all of a sudden they started taking damage, weird bug....
