Neogenator vs Evolution
What are their pros and cons and which is better?
I have Neogenator. It's kinda useless in level 61. I like the Healing rate but 1 shot completely drain the shield :health:.

They are pretty much the same, but the seraph items have been patched to be the top tier items so you'd expect it to have slightly better stats. I think evolution can have a stat up to around 80% elemental resistance.
