Can't see the amulet quest

Beat the new dlc and most of the side missions, excluding like the raid and Murderlins, but I can't see the amulet quest. I see on YouTube it's a glitch and sometimes the ! appears but it won't for me. Also would it appear in the hall or between the broken bridges with the spiders?

From what I've read, if the "!" doesn't show up on your map, quit and reload until it does.
I think it's a "random encounter". :P

Reloaded a LOT lol. Farming the wizards. It's not showing up, unless it's like a one in thousand chance.

Have you beaten the raid boss? The "!" showed up for me once I went back to farm it after I turned in the raid boss quest. That could have been coincidence though.

Only level 52, so can't do the raid boss.

I didn't beat the raid boss, but reloaded like 11 times I think and the quest showed up near the Daughter's room.

Its a random encounter. I saw mine pop when I was on my way to go fight the raid boss. Ive had friends get it first time through and I have friends still waiting after 30-40 area resets. Good Luck!

I saw the guy, he's random. I missed the achievment because I missed a few $$$ and my robot (playing my mechro) hit him so I couldn't buy it.

Ok so someone ran me through the Raid boss and right after the quest showed up, so try that if you can't find him people! :)

its simple realy just go to the area were u think he is near a save piont quit it and reload it then he will apear it may take a few retrys but mr wiz does apear also if u get the quest find muldron its him u then can buy it from him:) ps havent try the raid boss yet so no u dont have to beat him to get the amulet

Before the raid I probably loaded the game 20+ times and no luck, so I don't think that's a fix.

I believe it shows up ramdomly. It's near the middle of the map in a hallway with a chest in a notch in the wall on one side facing a couple of those charge up thigs in the other wall.
