(Figured it out...) I can't examine the Message in a Bottle that's at Wurmwater

Pressing 'E' doesn't do anything.

Nevermind, figured it out. Some sort of weird invisible wall/ceiling at the palm tree. I tried a running jump onto the palm tree instead of walking on it and I was able to get closer.

You have to crouch and creep up to it.

in the end it was a combination of crouching and jumping... frustrating. but thanks for the tips :)
