Either way check game properties, verify cache, make sure games are set to automatic updates, uninstal and reinstall it, contact steam support if none of those work.
But, basically, yea. I assumed the DLCs were accessed in the same manner as the original BL, through the fast travel. However, as I hadn't seen 'em, I thought maybe they were places you had to discover first. Gearbox was tryin' a new method, that idea.
I'll prolly just contact Steam, if no one has any real idea. I've verified my cache, done automatic updates, forced updates. ... I haven't tried re-installing... Maybe I'll try that before shooting Steam an annoyed yet non-rude Support Request.
check integrity
I'm re-installing now. A few hours away, of course... but I'll have to see how that goes.
Best would be you check how large your BL 2 folder is, if it really has DLded everything right.
Mine is with all DLC to date : 7,87 GB (8.458.355.579 Bytes)
This is one Steam is gonna have to look into, m'thinks. Thanks for the suggestions though, guys. They were greatly appreciated.
I bought MOH:WF through Origin a few months back (or have I?) played 2 hours, got bored of it, whatever. A few days later suddenly multi didn't seem to work for me, saying, I didn't buy the game. Now, I dealt with the EA support for weeks, wasting hours trying to get my money back as nothing fixed the problem, I always got an anaswer saying that the order was cancelled eventhough I paid for the game FULL PRICE (or have I?). And the funny thing? I was too damn stupid to not check my credit card, do some math, and calculate all the money I spent on games, only to find out I really haven't paid for it. Probably didn't even have enough money on my credit card then, and it even said on the site (VISA) that the order was cancelled, and only after I calculated I realized that I was the one that was wrong.
I'm not saying It's the same case with you, but if you can, check it up.
I laughed at my own stupidity.
Good luck :) .
