I dont think it does anything. I know you tip her enough, you get items and such.

You get 2 different weapons if you tip her lots of money. Better off just using the slot machines.

There is an achievement for tipping $50k I think. You will also get 2 guns - first a corrosive smg then a fire smg. If you continue to tip you will get more fire smgs but no more corrosive. They have a crit hit bonus and restore health, like all Moxxi weapons. Dollar amount for guns is random - could be $1000 or $100k.

The keypoint is when you keep tipping Moxxi $1000 at a time, she will say how could she reward you or she would praise you. Once you hear or see the dialogue, tip a few more and you should get a straight good touch.

Moxxi's bad and good touch weapons aren't even that great, if it wasn't for the elemental additions and high critical damage percentage increase, no one would want to use it lol.

I had to tip her some money for a corrosive weapon because i was having trouble denting loaders, since in my first two playthroughs, i couldnt get a good weapon going. I just ended up using the Scorpio w/ shock. Her weapons arnt bad, but if you get a nice level one, its good.

the only time you get the acid smg is the very 1st time you tip her till she hands it to you. after that you will all ways get the fire smg and only the fire smg. so you would be better off to wait till you hit lvl 50 to tip her. wish i did now on my 2nd toon cause now all i get are the fire smg. but now i have played long enough to where the smg i get from her are now junk to me. the max damage 1 i have had from here does only like 4300 and that is it, i got smg that do over 6k in damage. so now i only play the slots lol
