MAC - Can't move mouse while shooting

Hey guys, I want to know if anyone else has experienced this problem. While clicking down to shoot. Each time my gun shoots my mouse can not move.

So say I am tracking a target panning left to right as soon shoot my mouse freezes, after the shot it keeps moving.

Is this a known glitch? Can't find anything on it. It's basically game breaking since it's annoying/difficult to play with

Maybe it is the type of gun that takes a second or so to fire. there are some guns like that. usually the explosive ones. try it with an SMG

Never had this happen, and I'm on a mac.

Same problem here.
Worked fine earlier but after reinstalling this problem occurs too.
Any solutions?

I know this is an ancient post but I'm having the same issue. Anyone knows the solution for this?

Now, rebinding the fire button to other mouse button (mouse-4 for example) does solve the problem. I'm not sure what's the cause of this though.
It seems like if I use LMB for firing, very first shot freezes the mouse and after that it's fine.
Very strange indeed.

Hah, just found a solution.

If you're running the Magnet software background, be sure to turn it off. I was the cause of this issue.
