where is Corporal Reiss??

ive looked every were but i cant find him hes not in the area objective and the wiki seys that hes at fichguts outpost but were is that?

I'm guessing you've just started playing for the first time. If you're right after talking to Roland through the echo outside the Sanctuary and looking for Reiss, you really do have to look around the marked area. You'll find an echo in there which you have to listen to. I'm guessing you drove your car over it and that's why you couldn't find it.
