Best choices to spend skill points/badass tokens on
So I have a ton of Badass tokens and about 7 skill points. What should I spend them on? I'm Mechromancer and it doesn't really do a good job of explaining what everything does. I know badass tokens are universal but still, what is best?

Any help is appreciated.

Depends on your play style. If you like to run around, guns blazin, put yor skill points on things that help with gun damage, accuracy, reload speed etc. If you like to focus on your characters special skill, add skill points to that. If ya like elemantal stuff, add to that and so on. With the mechro, I loooove death trap, so I spend points on the bff forever tree. bad ass points....I like to spread them out evenly. The game sorta forces you to anyways. If you add too many points to a certain stat, the game won't display that stat for upgrades till you bring the others up closer.

I love the Deathtrap too. I'm playing Solo at the moment, so I send it off and snipe while it tanks and destroys. I'll probably go with the BFF tree as well, thanks. Oh and thanks for the info on the Badass tokens.

Badass tokens are profile wide. Meaning that all your characters gain the benefits (you can turn it on and off). The choices you are offered are not always the same and it seems to give you those that you have picked the least. So if you take Gun and Crit damage every time they pop (and you should), you'll see them less often.

My own preference is something like: Gun Damage, Critical Hit Damage, Elemental Effect Damage, Elemental Effect Chance and if non of these pops, Shield Capacity and Max Hp.

But my main is Maya which is heavily into elemental stuff, so take it with a grain of salt. I dont know if the Melee bonus adds on to Deathtrap and if so, if it is worth it over some of the others.

But you wont go wrong with Gun and Crit.

The way it's designed, you can't really say one is best as evenutally the amount it increases gets pretty low. Mostly play Siren, but the stats I chose work well with the way I play all the classes (though I don't melee or throw grenades much).

Elemental Effect Chance/Damage, Accuracy, Recoil Reduction, Crit Damage, Gun Damage, Shield Delay, Reload Speed are my key stats (not in that order)
