Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack problem.

Good evening everyone! (or; good *insert time of day* - Depending on where you are from)

I have a fairly annoying problem with the recent Borderlands 2: Ultimate Vault Hunter Pack, and I want to know if there are some of you with the same problem. -- Before you write "Bah bah bah, use the search function", then I would like you to know that I have already tried to do so.

Anyway, back to the problem. I already own the season pass for the game, so I should already own this upgrade pack. The problem is just this. I do not.

Steam has not listed it as an item which I own, nor does it show up into my Borderlands 2 DLC content. Are there anyone else who has the same problem as I? Is there someone who knows how to solve it? If not then I guess that I have to consult Steam support.

It has been fixed! Just restart Steam and it will show up in your DLC content.

Have you tried to verify the game cache of Borderlands 2? Basic answer, I know, but it could help if you haven't tried it.

mine doesnt show up in the steam DLC list but in game at
Main Menu > Downloadable content
it shows up there for me

Nope, I did not think about doing so. I am on it right away!

Edit: Hm, i have tried to verify the game cache, but i keep getting this error: "1 files failed to validate and will be reacquired".

I am having the same issue. I have a fresh install of the game and all DLC (I too have the season pass, purchased from Amazon deal) but no Ultimate Vault Hunter Pack. I also tried the "Verify game cache" with no luck.

Yep i just bought it off amazon and ti doesnt show up on my steam.

I didn't find out that the level cap increase was part of the season pass until after I'd already bought the level cap increase. The vault hunter pack never showed up in my list of DLCs, so I thought I had to buy the level cap increase separately. Not so happy about that.

I am having the same problem. I own the season pass, but the Ultimate Vault Hunter DLC shows that I do not own it, and it is not listed inside the game. I have verified the integrity of my game with no change.

If steam support does get back to you, please post their response here as I would love to utilize this DLC.

I'm also seeing the same issue. Playing on a Mac, I bought the main game through Steam and bought the Season Pass via Amazon when it was nearly 50% off about 1-2 months ago.

In-game it says I've purchased UVHM pack and on Steam it essentially is saying I haven't. What's odd is that before Aspyr ported the pack to the Mac, the Steam page for the UVHM pack displayed that I'd purchased the pack and could download it (obviously I couldn't since it wasn't Mac ready, but still).

Hoping for some kind of a resolution.

I have the same issue. The UVHM DLC is not listed in Steam and not listed in the game. But I can play it (i just did :-) ). On the day of the release the DLC *was* in the list of installed DLCs in Steam as "Gladiolus Update" or sometinhg like that.

As long as I can play the content it's ok for me, but it's strange.

PS: I own the season pass and I am on PC.

Yep. Same issue here. I have the Season Pass but this new DLC is nowhere to be found. Neither in Steam's DLC library nor the in-game menu.

Yes, this has really annoyed me as well. I have the same problem. I had read that the level-cap increase came with the Season Pass so it was a consideration that led me to decide on the purchase, only to discover that I don't have the level-cap-increase that I bought the content to level through. This really is unfair. It appears from this thread that those of us who bought the season pass from Amazon don't have the added dlc of the level cap increase. It's really leading me to question this way of doing business since it seems fraught with problems. I had problems getting the code to register, took me six goes before it worked, then I logged in and no ultimate vault hunter package which was why I bought the season pass.

Well, i bought season pass long ago directly from steam store and UVHM does not show anywhere.

I also purchased from Amazon and I am also missing the UVHM. Hopefully they can correct this.

Just o be sure: Even if the DLC is not listed anywhere, have you tried to PLAY in UVHM? Perhaps it is just working as it does for me (nowhere in the list, but i can play UVHM). You need a TVHM character with level 50 and Playthrough 2 complete though to enable UVHM.
