Looking for level 50 Rubi, I sold mine unfortunately.

Soooo... is the ruby really that good? Because I just sold mine as well I think. Or I have it in the bank. :)

Well, I want it for my Gunzerker, as it restores health equivalent to the damage dealt while holding it. Norfleet + Rubi = lots o' health.

Does not heal you equal to the amount of damage. It's around 15% and it's crap compare to the good touch or the bad touch.

While the damage-to-health rate of other Moxxi weapons hovers around 2%, Rubi's effect is by far the strongest of the lot at 12%. Furthermore, this effect is not limited to damage inflicted directly by the gun. Status effect damage, melee damage, and even grenade damage inflicted while using the weapon will still heal the player.

From the wiki. Good and Bad Touch heal about 2,5 % of damage inflicted

Yeah but having 40 bullets in to a boss, is lot more effective than having 2 or 3 shots at the same time. And the healing while in hand with other damage applies to all Moxxi's guns. This was already discussed earlier. Rubi works best for melee builds, especially for Zer0. Best weapon for quickest regen would be Moxxi's Launcher.
