The Creamer

So i just wanted to be sure, i farmed Midgemong a bit, got the Tinderbox everytime as expected but no sign of the Creamer. My questions are:

Am i completely wrong and the Creamer doesn't drop from Midgemong?

If it does, is it supposed to be a 100% chance to drop?

Does the Creamer only drop for US resident (i.e. people who can enter the contest)?

Sorry but its just the difficulty you played at, you get the level the boss is at, since u played in normal I guess, you get a low level creamer. I played in uvhm so mines level 72 op8.

Im not sure I got the right Creamer. I thought it would be called Moxxi's Creamer but mine is called dum pa Creamer. Its lvl 9 and the rockets do not behave as stated..mine simply fires 1 rocket that explodes after about 10 feet...and thats it.

So is that the reward Creamer or do I need to keep trying? It took me 3 kills to get that.

Well that is unfortunate. I thought this was a "Community Goal" with a reward for everyone. Instead it looks like the reward was only for players of a certain level. Maybe next week they will post what level you should be for the Community Reward.

Right rocket launcher, but it can have different prefixes which all affect it differently.

It is for everyone. A level 8 Creamer is still a very awesome rocket launcher, even in the 20s. At level 30, you can get it in TVHM, which will cover you to your 40s. Or you can get a level 50 version to help you enter UVHM. In UVHM, it will be close to your level no matter what.

If you're like say level 26, what I would suggest is finish the game in Normal Mode real quick (should be very close to finishing at that level, if not then you REALLY need that level 8 Creamer to help speed you up) so you can snag the TVHM version real quick. It is such a nice Rocket Launcher, especially for levelling.

Really the only reason NOT to care would be if you already have better, but there aren't many cases of actually being better out there. Unless you Gibbed something up yourself.

What are you talking about? The level is based on your natural play level or else it would be a prize you cannot use. If you play in normal then its too easy to beat... in any case the creamer is just for fun, its not an awesome gun. Its your fault for playing on easy:P

Name is part of the random stat, different prefix= different type, but same gun/rocket launcher. If you look at the thing its the same and says moxxi on the side with her picture. All weapons have this randomness...so many moxxi weapons will not say moxxi.

You forget, not everyone has beaten this game in Normal Mode yet. Also, the Creamer is awesome! Unless of course you have a Norfleet already, but unless you Gibbed one up, not very many people have one of those handy, especially in Normal Mode.

I haven't completed a single challenge and it still dropped, it's for everyone.

i tried at lvl11 3 kills lvl34 2 kills and lvl50 2 kills finally dropped moxxi's creamer at lvl50

This contest is timed perfectly for me. I just bought the UVHM Pack 2, and now that my Siren and Assassin are level 64-65, my "boss" lvl 61 guns are feeling the strain of not doing much damage. This contest is making farming current level weapons a lot easier than tediously grinding to get a decent loot drop so I can move on. So no complaints, really.
