How do I get MidgeMong to come out if I have already done the Symbiosis mission?

Midgemong will automatically be out when you get there. Also see my other post about how possibly to do this so you get the Creamer.

you have to kill some people in the area before he comes out......and for me the tinderbox was a 100% drop and i got the creamer after 7 kill

He has almost a random aggro system. Sometimes he'll come out from his home well before you even get to him. Sometimes you have to literally knock on his door to get his attention. Usually he'll appear once you get close, like headin up from the third balcony.

what if I'm not sure I've done the quest but nothing showing up in southern shelf questwise or npcwise? I cleared everythign and no midgemong

I got the creamer on the first try on two characters. He actually spawned before I even got to his doors. Not sure if that is typical after Symbiosis or not.

If Hammerloack is no longer there, go to Moxxi's in Sanctuary and see him there. You can also look in completed for Symbiosis. If Hammerloack has "This Town Ain't Big Enough" or "Shielded Favors", those must be done for him to have Symbiosis (the mission to kill MidgeMong).

Too bad I wont be completing TVHM story mode for a while. Guess Ill have to do it soon so I can get better drops in this event.

If you have not done "Symbiosis" you will need to get that mission, if you have ans tuned it in, each time you start playing he should come out when you get near his door, or once he was already on a lower level when I ran right in to him, once out he moves about a lot.
