Anybody know where is Badass Rakk location?

i see regular rakk not badass.. :X

They can spawn anywhere that Rakk spawn. Seem to have a higher chance throughout the game though, so farming later areas like Eridium Blight would be better than say Three Horns Divide.

I don't think badass rakks spawn in the tutorial+newbie iceberg area though. i've never seen any spawn there and I was farming there for HOURS yesterday.

I have looked all morning and killed several dozen rakk but no badass, it appears their spawn rate has been substantially reduced. Gearbox says kill rakk and then pulls most of them from the game wep usaually spawns a half dozen or so, also three at the nexus boneyard. But still no badass.

Someone in another thread just posted what they believe is a guaranteed spawn. Granted, it requires a DLC that some people might not have. (If we aren't done by the time I get home, I'll go farm there)

That was the very first place I tried, but couldn't get any Badass Rakks to spawn. Only Chubbies and Slagged Rakks, neither of which counted towards my total.
