What is my shift account

So i know that I do have a shift account that is already linked to borderlands 2 but im not sure where i can see the account information of the linked account. Since i dont even remeber the username or password so i can signup for the loot hunt.

Same boat here. I know if browse to the main game menu and go Extras -> SHiFT Code it will show your SHiFT user name at the top right. I don't have a clue what my password or eMail address are for my account though. I opened a ticket for help at 10am. If I hear anything before you see it here I will share. I thought I remembered something about being able to browse through the config files and finding it there (since the game obviously saves the credentials to log you in).

so that is the same problems i have right now and i am sure i used the same email as many things but than somehow i can still create a new account using the email but now i cant link that account to my steam because my steam is already linked to another account which i don't know the email or username is.....GG loot hunt

Yep TPK, sad times, and I think the only way to open the slot for a new SHiFT account is through the SHiFT account screen. So here we wait. I mean, I can't be too mad, it is my fault for creating my account with some random credentials and then promptly forgetting them.

same problem here it created a new shift account when i put in what i thought was my log in. so now when i hit reset it does it for the "new" account

Alright, I opened a ticket over the weekend. They had me enter a SHiFT code to locate my account. From there, I gave them the eMail address I wanted to use to sign into my account with. I used that to reset my password and got in.

this contest wont let me link my 15 year old steam account ? i recently bought a cyberpower computer and says my borderlands account is linked to my old computer ..hahahahahaah?

I am not sure that a particular game is associated with one PC, just your Steam account. From there only 1 Steam account can be associated with your SHiFT account. Strange.
