But whenever I use my mania build to just demolish as an explosive tank I always use the RR. Good choice sir, good choice.
Would be cool if that would be true. Unfortunately the further you go the more you notice it's the cookie cutter mashup all the way.
But yeah, RR for mania hands down.
... I don't think you quite know what you're talking about. StV is where he gets all his melee power from. And the point of using a RR as opposed to a maylay shield is so people can use StV without it being a major risk.
I have played alot with STV and the hitting yourself thing is silly. I used STV with rough rider and all but all I did was hit myself, I took those points and put it in Salt the wound, and I have far more fun playing Krieg since I'm not constantly hitting myself and can take out pretty much anyone.
If you have points in Fuel the Blood and Buzzaxe Bombadier, after one melee kill, the explosives on your axe will get an insane damage buff (depending on your bloodlust stacks) for a short while. Usually it's not very difficult to melee kill one of the smaller mobs without smacking yourself so I take the opportunity to run up and kill them, then toss at the bigger enemies. Bloodsplosion will take care of the rest. But to each their own I guess
I can see why you and others like STV, the idea is unique, but I guess it's just not for me. There is a reason why the enemy psychos don't hit themselves and die, wouldn't be very fun for the player right? :D..........I don't know why Gearbox put negative effects on the DLC characters since none of the main 4 have negative skills and you have to pay more for the DLC characters.
Well if there were no negative affects on Krieg (can't say much for Gaige vecause I don't play her that often) he would be no better than Sal, OP as ♥♥♥♥ with no downside. That's why I hate Sal. I love Krieg and Zer0 because they can output some really nice damage but at a risk. Krieg harms himself constantly with skills that set him on fire or how StV can proc and you can hit yourself. His skill trees encourage constant combat and being in the front of the fight. Zer0 is great but he's one of the more "squishy" vault hunters when out of decepti0n. It really makes you think and consider what can you do to keep your MMF chains going as long as possible. I like that characters have downsides because then there's a benefit to playing co-op as one vault hunter may be better suited for something than your character of choice.
Dam quoting thing didn't work for me xD
Hybrid/gun zer0 builds can be easily made very tough. There's nothing that would account for zer0 being worse survivor than the rest.
