Shield/Health Glitch?

So, I was playing alongwith a group of people and we noticed something incredibly odd about my character's health and shield. It was regenerating at about 100% per second. I'm being serious, like I was tanking a level 70 Duke of Ork and not going down. It was really pretty funny.

I believe it started sometime in the first couple of quests in Captain Scarlett, but I realized what was happening in Tiny Tina's DLC, so it could have started in that one. At the time I was a lvl 65 Zero, with a level 60 Bee, a Legendary Hunter class mod, and other random weapons.

So my questions are has anyone had this glitch happen to them before? Another player involved was having problems seeing loot and explosion graphics. Could that be related? Later my BL2 game crashed, after which the regeneration was no longer there (sadly).

If this glitch is replicatable, I believe we found a new, game-breaking, Evil Smasher-esq glitch.

Funny, I had it happend to me, and I was Zer0 with the legendary hunter class mod too, lol.

Huh. Do you remember where you were when it happened? Or what happened right before you noticed it?

Happened to me aswell, noticed it @ tiny tinas dragonkeep -> Zer0 lvl 38, nothing special no special mods whatsoever... health and shield regenartion are off the charts!
Can't die -> insta full after each hit

I noticed that too, when playing in Tiny Tina's... that area with the orc village. No special mods that I can think of, playing as mechromancer on the first playthrough and just barely into Tiny Tina's level range. My friend was not so lucky. I got to run around blissfully unaware of the fact that things should hurt, and he just kept falling down. This happened so much, he celebrated when I finally did get killed by a freak barrel explosion he caused while in fight for his life mode.

I half-suspect it may have to do with the fairy blessings, possibly carrying over between zone change? Never did test, and never happened again.

Well, you don't usually have anything to do with fairies right beforehand. At least I didn't. Maybe it's some random thing related to a D&D mechanic? Like the Bane thing (mechanic, not weapon), or some godly blessing? The latter would explain it if it were some glitch, too.

That's what I mean about the fairies... I was wondering if maybe it was the result of a glitch... like maybe we changed zone while I was under the effect of a fairy blessing and it carried over and never stopped afterwards? Really, seeing as it was a one-off for me, not much to go by. Just the apparent commonality of Tiny Tina's between us

Yeah, uh, it's happened to me a few times, but not just Tiny Tinas. it happened in the Angel Core, too, but I've noticed if you do go down (by a magical coincidence, causedangyou stay alive a long time ), or fast travel it goes away. Have we learned if this is a glitch or.. ?

I haven't played in so long, but I'm willing to bet it's an actual glitch. Because there don't seem to be any commonalities between all the cases. Some are Zero with the Legendary Hunter mod, some don't have that, others are Mechromancers, and you had it happen not in Tiny Tina's, so I really have no idea what could be causing it.

You likely don't even understand that with the patches that have been applied to this game that your issue is likely not relevant any more. But hey, go on and see if you can look a bit duller.
