Well.. there is a grinder in the town of Overlook but It doesn't do what the grinder in the Pre-Sequel does. It's only useful if your doing the side mission to help make a shield for the town (Shields up mission).

Anyway.. If your looking for it to grind up shields for the side mission then go to Overlook in the Highlands.

Otherwise.. this message is irrelevant.

If a thread and discussion exists, why create a new thread?

There are sevaral advantages on doing even a "+1" like here in an old thread -

1. You get to know anything new that the members of the old thread might have discovered, if they come back and comment.
2. If a solution is found, since people in the old thread are notified they can also learn about it.
