Borderlands 2 skipping missions with Gibbed.

Hi, I accidentally deleted my character in B2 and have been trying to get him back in TVHM and to get to the same mission again with gibbed, as I dont want to play thru normal mode with full level 40 gear and then thru half TVHM as I have done that 500 times already and I am way to lazy. But I dont know how to do so that he has completed normal mode and progressed a bit into TVHM. You could say I want to skip every mission in normal then some in TVHM. Been searching for solutions but nothing really helps. Any answer would be great!
(I also cant fix so that he start as one location and can fast travel anywhere. (No, just choosing them in Gibbed doesnt work..))

If you have another save (any class will do) at the point where you're just starting TVHM, just import the world/mission stats from that save.

Easier go to the RAW tab and select the mission you're up too, (Difficult though as it goes through number) 70 is in Memoriam and 90 is the final quest. (Was mucking around with the numbers a bit so i don't know every quest number) But it's anywhere from 1-90
