Mecromancer class mod from Tiny Tina dlc??????
I read in a recent forum of a gaige mod for dragons keep dlc which overcomes the limitation which keeps you fom using infinity pistols when you spec for anarchy. Does anyone have more information on it like is it true - Where exactly in the dlc - Is it a common or rare drop - or any other information which might be relevant?

I posted a reply in that other topic (I'm guessing that you were the one that asked about them there). The Tina DLC class mods are mainly found in mimic chests, which can be found in most maps in the DLC. The chests can produce any of the usual gear (guns, shields, etc.), so getting the mods in one is a matter of luck, and then you have to get a good version of whatever mod you're looking for.

FWIW, the mods can also be dropped by the Gold golem in the Tina DLC (a boss you run into around the middle of the DLC).

Thank you. It was me and I appreciate the information. Are certain chests mimic chests or do all chests have the chance of producing a mimic?

The Necromancer COMs you might wanna look out for should have any Neutral or True Neutral prefix to buff your Mag size.;)

I'm putting the answer in "spoiler" tags, just for the heck of it.

The Tina DLC has dice chests and "mimic" chests, so if it's not a dice chest ... :-)

However, you don't start actually getting mimics until you get to the end of Immortal Woods, so until you reach that point in the DLC, all of the "mimic" chests are safe. That also means that "before you get to the end of Immortal Woods" is an excellent time to farm the chests for those class mods, since the chests will always produce gear at that point.

FWIW, there are some specific chests later in the game that are always mimics (no spoiler about where they are). But apart from those, it seems to be random, once you get past Immortal Woods.

It is true. The infinity can be used with a True Neutral Necromancer Class Mod from Tiny Tina's DLC. It has to be the True Neutral as it adds the mose +%Magazine Size of all of the Necro Class Mods.

It's not necessarily a common drop but it's not "rare" either. Just farm some chests in the DLC and you'll find one.

I will say that it's not going to be as powerful as you might think it would be though. You're better off with a Norfleet, Unkempt Harold or anything else with high blast radius and a Slayer of Terramorphous Class Mod.

It does not need to be a True Neutral actually. The +Mag Size% effect needs to be higher then the -Mag Size% effect from Smaller Lighter Faster, which is 4% at most. Neutral can go to around 43%, so True Neutral is certainly not needed.

They're pretty common in red chests throughout the dlc

They don't show up in the red (dice) chests, do they? I can only remember finding them in the mimic chests.

No problem. For a minute there, I was afraid I might have missed something. :-)
