Double Penetrating Unkempt Harold Not Dropping

I feel like I'm going insane, after farming Torgue Tokens I've hit up the vending machines for the DPUH to spawn and it hasn't shown up yet. I've seen every other variety of Harold at least a dozen times over.

I'm not sure if I'm missing something, I want to replace my level 67 DPUH so I can be more ready for Digistruct Peak.

RNG is RNG, you simply keep checking the vendors until it spawns.

Just go to barroom and quit out and restart untill it is in the machine

The drop rate (machine rate) for the DPUH must be very low, I have only seen it in machines a couple of times. You may have better luck duping one from another player.

Lo and behold just 16 tries in tonight I finally get it, I was worried with the droprate tweaking it wasn't showing up anymore. FINALLY!

That's the way it goes sometimes. One day I spent way too much time farming the vendor in Pete's bar looking for a level 72 DPUH with a Torgue grip. When I finally gave up for the day, I had seen a Vladof grip, Jakobs, Dahl, 1 or 2 Hyperion, 2 Maliwan, 2 Tediore and 3 Bandit. Those were all DPUH's. Literally every grip but the one I wanted, and several of them more than once.

The next day, literally the first time I loaded that character, still in Pete's bar, I got a DPUH with a Torgue grip. :-)
