anyway any tips on fighting`em since on far they spawn Spike and while close u can get crushed
and it explosive was just like doing 200+ - 300+
while my Jakob`s shotgun and Revolver doing 400+ and 1000+
and i try too do the restore previous version and it not work

You could check the folder that the save files are in and see if you have a copy of the save file with .bak at the end from before that happened. The game creates the .bak copy at certain times, like when you select/load a character. You could make a backup copy of your .sav file, then copy/rename the .bak file and remove the ".bak", and then start the game and select the character. You can see the character level there.
If the .bak file doesn't work out, and the Windows "previous version" didn't work, there may not be any way to recover what you lost. I'm guessing that there was a problem with the Steam cloud and it had an older version, and when it asked whether to use the local or cloud version, you said cloud. I don't know how else you could lose levels, unless you'd been playing and leveling up without passing any checkpoints, and didn't exit the game normally. Or maybe if you used the Windows "system restore" for some reason and it restored an older version of that file.
