The Forest Farming and the Tree Hugger Mission
When I was doing side quests of Tiny Tina DLC, I found that if the Tree Hugger mission is active and without taking the sapling, the Blood Tree Camp will only spawn two orcs. It'll be easier to farm the two treants with blood fruits, which are said to have greater chance of dropping the Bee shield.

Is this a known fact? I didn't find anything from google.

If which one of them is a fact? Treants have an increased chance of dropping the Bee, about the orcs spawning thingy, I have no idea. I'm just doing the quests......

If the tree hugger mission keeps Orcs from spawning, it'll speed up the farming. There are also one red chest and two regular chests in the camp.

I can't remember hearing about this before, but I tried it today in UVHM with 2 different characters, and you're right. I accepted the mission, but didn't take the sapling, and there was one regular orc and one large orc (with guns) in the camp. I didn't see any others, including the Warlord. I ran up to where he would be, and he wasn't there. Before taking that mission, the camp had the usual group of orcs, including the Warlord. After taking that mission, I loaded the characters several times and it was always just those 2 orcs.

Is it a "known fact"? I don't know. The odds are that you aren't the first person to discover it. But, at the very least, I don't think it's common knowledge. I've seen farming treants for Bees discussed a number of times in the Gearbox forums, and I don't recall anyone ever mentioning this before. Nice find.

Maybe I'm the only idiot who forgot to take the sapling and ran far enough into the orc camp without realizing it.

Could be. It would be unusual to climb all the way up there, take the mission, and not take the sapling. OTOH, it seems like at this point people have tried just about everything in this game, so new discoveries don't come along that often. Either way, congrats, and thanks for posting it.

"Everyone knows it's Butters!"
