i have a mission (it seems one of bottles treeasure) still to discover but i cant find the way to access to this area
where i have to go to find magni lighthouse '

Once you get all the peices to the key and have it repaired by the hermit guy you will be sent to the lighthouse.

The treaasure at the lighthouse is accessed once you get at the top.
Look off each edge from the top until you see the big X below on a lower ledge.
Jump from the top ledge and land where the X is. You can only get there from the top.

You said "still to discover". Are you asking where to get the mission, or where to turn it in (find the treasure)?

If you're asking where to get it, there's the place where you ride the platform up to the very top. Right before you drop down into that area with the platform, there's another area below, to the right of that. The bottle with the mission is down there.

i have the mission as undiscovered so i presume as [TT] Bixillarla [PT] said i have to go to the main mission first

"Undiscovered" just means that you haven't picked up the mission yet, but, yeah, you have to get the story mission that takes you to Magnys Lighthouse before you get access to the map. After you go there the first time, it will be in the Fast Travel network. Then you can go there and get the bottle (mission) any time after that.
