FWIW, if you're going to be using it with a Bee, then a lower level Sand Hawk could be almost as useful, since, as long as the Bee is up, the vast majority of the damage will be coming from the Bee anyway. So, if, for example, you are currently in TVHM, but haven't done the mission in Normal Mode, you could do the mission in Normal and get a lower level version of the Sand Hawk.
If you want to "farm" the mission reward, to try to get a Sand Hawk with specific parts or a specific element, or get multiple Sand Hawks with different elements, there are ways you can do that.
Or, you could just ask for some (eg. with different elements) in the In-Game Trading sub-forum.
