What happens after you kill terramorphous for the first time?
I saw somewhere that after killing terra in true or ultimate vault hunter mode, all the missions and enemys reach max level, and that nothing happens in normal mode, is this true?

In UVH all missions/mobs scale when you level up (accepted missions stay on level they were started). TVH scales to 2.5 mode (all to L50) after you finish main line and kill Warior twice (restart and kill it again) when you're L50 (? may be work with lower levels).

i don't think anything happens when you kill terra for the first time. killing it on normal mode would be very hard since terra is lvl 52 and you should be arround lvl 30 (terra is the only enemy that doesn't scale to normal mode) in treu you would've to be around lvl 50 since terra is 52 and you have to have beaten tvhm to be able to summon him which iclude killing a lvl 52 warrior. killing the warrior scales enemies to lvl 50 so not sure what terra should scale them to since tvhm enemies are capped at 50 (48-50 52 for bosses). and enemies on uvhm will always scale to your lvl else if you kill terra on lvl 52 you have to kill lvl 80 enemies it would be impossible (80 is max enemies scale to meaning their lvl is 79-81 and bosses lvl 82).

so in conclusion if killing terra really did something to the enemies lvl it would make the game impossible or unplayable or it would have no effect on the game since the effect that triggered also triggered from your warrior kill

What you saw was probably referring to the Warrior, not Terramorphous. Completing the Warrior mission in Normal Mode changes nothing, but when you complete it in TVHM, all maps and unaccepted missions in the main game and the first 4 DLC's scale to level 50. If you entered a Headhunter DLC at a lower level in TVHM, it will stay at that level.
